General Preparation of EM Solution

  1. Materials Needed:
    • EM concentrate
    • Water (preferably non-chlorinated)
    • Molasses (as a food source for the microorganisms)
  2. Mixing Instructions:
    • Mix 1 part EM concentrate with 1 part molasses.
    • Add 20 parts water to the mixture.
    • Stir well to ensure everything is dissolved and mixed thoroughly.
    • Allow the mixture to ferment for 3-5 days in a warm, dark place. Stir the mixture daily to release gases formed during fermentation.
    • After fermentation, the EM solution is ready for use. It should have a sweet-sour smell and be stored in a cool, dark place.
